Aqua Spas & Pools is currently shipping exclusively to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.  There are certain products (chemicals) that are restricted from air shipment.  Items that are restricted from air shipment cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.  You will be advised if your order contains a restricted product.

There are some items offered by Aqua Spas & Pools that are restricted from sale to residents of California (and possibly other states).  Please note that if we determine that a product is restricted from sale in your state, we will not ship it to you and you will be advised that the product is restricted.

We will do our best to ship your product via your preferred carrier, however, we do reserve the right to use a different carrier than specified in order to provide the safest and most economical means of shipment.

If you live in the Puget Sound Region of Washington State and prefer to pick your product up at our retail location at 2609F Jahn Avenue NW in Gig Harbor, please put that preference in the note section on your order and we will hold the order at our store for you.
