If an item that you have purchased fails to meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. The following guidelines apply to all returns:

Please contact us toll free at 1-877-775-3442 prior to returning any product so that we may understand the circumstances surrounding the return.  Often we can resolve issues with a simple phone call.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date.
• Product must be new condition in the original packaging.
• Chemicals may not be returned due to shipping restrictions.
• You are responsible for all freight charges to return the product.
• Custom items that have been made to the customer's specifications are not eligible for return.
• Online purchases may be returned to our store location and avoid freight charges.

Here at Aqua Spas & Pools, we take great pride in presenting the best our industry has to offer.  You will find that some products are not available through us and this may be because of quality issues or concerns with the products.  We have tested or used every product we sell and can, therefore, provide them to our valued customers with confidence.
